Shipping & Delivery

 

 

Shipping

- All orders will be packed within 1-2 business days of receiving the order if stock is available.

- In the event of a stock outage, we will contact you at the earliest time to advise of our course of action to remedy the stock outage.

- Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be completed on the next business day.

 

Receiving Delivery

- You will be required to accept delivery in person and sign supplied delivery documents, or have someone present to accept delivery on your behalf.

 

Suitable Equipment To Unload

- Deliveries greater than 30kg will require suitable lifting equipment (forklift or reach truck) to unload.

- It is the responsibility of the customer to have the correct lifting equipment onsite.
